To ensure greater security for your home, LiftMaster offers an automated garage door lock that automatically locks your door when it's closed. The 841LM comes standard with the 8500W and is optional for some other models.
When it is possible to add the lock, the shield logo can be found on the casing of the opener. And when present, the shield appears on the opener in the myQ app.
Note: Here is some models that have the capacity to add up to 2 locks:
